Once the booking is confirmed, we will send a service confirmation including the cancellation deadline without penalty and the payment due date.
We recommend sending your request at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially during high season, such as the European spring and summer, or during congress dates, when hotel availability may be limited. However, we can also quote last-minute itineraries.
