Breakfast and panoramic tour, we start with a wonderful introductory sightseeing drive past monumental museums and lush parks and we immerse in picturesque old Amsterdam, which looks very much like it did in the 1600s- during the Dutch Golden Age. Once the world ́s richest city, old Amsterdam boast a wonderland of canals lined with trees and town- houses topped with fancy gables. We will admire the stately history of this area and see the Old and New Church architecture, the Dam Square and the majestic Town Hall. After- noon at leisure and accommodation.

DAY 4 - AMSTERDAM - ANTWERP - BRUGES

Breakfast and departure to Ant- werp. Much like a diamond, Antwerp sparkles with an impressive range of architecture from medieval buildings to the Art Nouveau styles. A splendid city with numerous architectural highlights, most dating from the 16th and the 17th century. The past is also represented by the numerous paintings of Peter Paul Rubens who lived in the Antwerp in the early 17th century. Three major paintings of his may be seen in the Cathedral of Our Lady, a masterpiece of lace work in stone. Begun in 1352, it is one of the finest gothic buildings in Europe. Moreover, Antwerp is the diamond centre of the World. Conti- nue to Bruges and accommodation.

DAY 5 - BRUGES - GHENT - BRUSSELS

Breakfast and city tour of Bruges “The Venice of the North”. The historic cen- tre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the city tour you will see: the Lake of Love, the Begijnhof (founded in 1245), Walplein Square, the Stoofstraat, Old St. John’s Hospital, the Church of Our Lady, the Gruuthuse Palace, the Dijver Canal, Rozenhoedkaai, Tanners Square (Huidenvettersplein), the castle Square with the Gothic Town Hall, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, the Market Square (Grote Markt) with the Bell Tower (Belfort) and, finally, the St. Salvator’s Cathedral. We continue on to Ghent. During the tour you will visit: the Castle of Gerald the Devil, the Saint Bavo‘s Cathedral, where you can see the famous painting of the Van Eyck brothers “The Adoration of the Mystic Lamb”, the Belfort bell tower, the peculiar Gothic and Renaissance Town Hall, St. Nicholas’ Church. Drive to Brussels and accommodation.
