Arrival in Warsaw and transfer to your hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 2 - WARSAW

Breakfast and city tour, starting at the hub of the Old Town: Market Square and continuing with St. John’s Cathedral, the Barbican and Castle Square; a drive along the Royal Route with its numerous churches, monuments, historic buildings and palaces, past the Parliament a walk through the grand Łazienki Park with its Palace on the Water, and Chopin’s monument. On the way back, we pause to pay respects at the former Jewish Ghetto monuments; before driving past the imposing building of the Grand Theatre and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodation.

DAY 3 - WARSAW - CZESTOCHOWA - KRAKOW

After breakfast departure through the Polish countryside to the beautiful Paulite Monastery at Jasna Gora. There we will see the portrait of Our Lady ‚The Black Madonna‘, supposedly painted by St. Luke the Evangelist. After lunch (not included) we continue to our accommodation in Krakow.

DAY 4 - KRAKOW

After breakfast, we start our tour by visiting the castle and Cathedral on Wawel Hill. Then we walk trough the Old Town to visit the Cloth Hall and the Mariacki Church Wawel Hill in Krakow, the Mecca of every Pole and a must for foreign tourists. This a microcosm of Polish history and culture. From the 11th century, Poland‘s monarchs took up their residence here in the Royal Castle afternoon at leisure and overnight.

DAY 5 - KRAKOW

Breakfast and departure to Wieliczka. The tour of the mine includes beautiful chapels sculptured in salt, crystal like grottoes and underground ponds. We continue our journey to the Pope’s home town of Wadowice, Return to Krakow and overnight stay.

DAY 6 - KRAKOW - AUSCHWITZ - WROCLAW

Breakfast and drive to visit the Concentration Camp at Auschwitz, so chillingly evoked in ‚Schindler‘s List‘, reminding us of the holocaust In World War II. We continue on to Wroclaw and check in to our hotel.

Breakfast and city tour of Wroclaw. The highlights include: Market Square (Rynek), Jewish Quarter, St Elisabeth‘s Basilica, University of Wrocław, indoor market and Cathedral Island, In the afternoon departure to Gdansk and overnight.

Breakfast and city tour where we see old streets and monuments, the beautiful riverside part of the city and enter the St. Mary‘s church. Gdańsk is one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Poland. Afternoon at leisure and overnight.

Breakfast and transfer to Malbork, where we visit the Castle of the Teutonic Order. Transfer to Warsaw. Overnight.
